Today was the first day of the Spring Break training camp.
Alex H, Ricardo, Natalia, Diego, Thomas, Chris, Byron, Sebastian, Kyle, and Ryan were out. We sailed in an Easterly wind of 6-12 knots. The team is getting ready for their trip to San Diego for the Mid Winters West regatta next week, so we have spent a lot of time practicing starts and boat handling, trying to shake of the rust from the winter.
We will be sailing until Thursday, when the team will load up the trailer, and head down to San Diego.
The sailors who do not go down to Mid Winters will stay in Vancouver and train next week from the 24th to 27th.
